libcdb1 software package provides shared library for constant databases (cdb), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcdb1
libcdb1 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcdb1 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcdb1 *
You will get with libcdb1 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
